We are currently undergoing registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), in order to operate across England.
All our services are built around supporting people to be as independent as possible within their home environment and to become active, self-fulfilled members of their community. We support individuals in achieving their goals and believe that all our clients – regardless of the obstacles they face – can lead the lives they choose with the right level of support. Whether people require round-the-clock assistance or light-touch supervision, we offer an individual, tailored service for every client.
Building Independence
Our clients receive support and encouragement with everyday tasks, including personal care, housework and chores, grocery shopping, and managing their finances. In addition, we ensure they have access to local facilities such as libraries and leisure centres, and we help them fulfil their educational and employment goals. We plan trips to football matches and the theatre, and we make sure people receive the necessary support to go on holidays.
We know that some people may wish to use a Personal Budget, Direct Payment, or Self-Directed Support (in Scotland) to pay for our services. We can work with individuals and their advocates to ensure that such funding is set up to meet the person’s needs and requirements.
